In this session we begin to examine the process of change in organizations. We will wrestle with some fundamental questions such as: "Is change in organizations episodic or continual?", "Is the change process best understood using linear, dialectic, or cyclical models?", and "Is it better to view the process of organizational change as evolutionary or revolutionary, incremental or radical?"
