Thinking Strategically
In this session, we will examine three important schools of strategic thinking. As you read these materials, pay careful attention to the tension between rational analysis and the emergent nature of strategy. Where in the organization is strategic thinking done? Which of these three approaches do you see operating in your organization? How might these rather divergent views of strategy be integrated?
